About Us

Formerly a WEA Birdwatching Group, Team Tuesday is an informal, friendly group of bird watchers now open to old and new friends alike. None of us are birdwatching ‘experts’, but a shared knowledge and experience (and a dozen or so pairs of eyes) mean that we can help each other to get the most out of our visits to sites of avian interest. We meet most weeks at locations within approximately a 60-minute drive from Sale. Visits normally last up to three hours, although sometimes ‘full-day’ trips are organised to places further afield, such as Martin Mere or Leighton Moss. We car share where possible.
